DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 Thiol, a sulfhydryl-functionalized near-infrared fluorophore (ex/em 581/596 nm). Non-sulfonated reagent exhibiting good solubility in organic solvents with limited aqueous compatibility. The free thiol group enables conjugation to maleimide- or iodoacetyl-activated targets, while maintaining the dye's photostability for tracking applications.
For enhanced water solubility in biological systems, sulfo-Cyanine3.5 Maleimide is recommended.
