Cyanine3.5 Alkyne is a click chemistry reagent designed for copper-catalyzed (CuAAC) or strain-promoted (SPAAC) azide-alkyne cycloadditions. This near-infrared dye (ex/em 581/596 nm) enables efficient bioorthogonal labeling of azide-modified biomolecules while maintaining excellent fluorescence properties. The terminal alkyne group ensures high conjugation efficiency with minimal interference to biological activity.
For enhanced water solubility, consider sulfo-Cyanine3.5 Alkyne. Store desiccated at -20°C under inert atmosphere.
