Cyanine3.5 Hydrazide, a carbonyl-reactive near-infrared probe (ex/em 581/596 nm) designed for selective conjugation to aldehyde and ketone groups. This non-sulfonated reagent enables hydrazone bond formation under mild conditions (pH 5-7), making it ideal for glycoprotein labeling and glycan detection while maintaining the optical performance of Cy3.5 dyes.
