DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 NHS Ester is a reactive near-infrared dye designed for efficient conjugation to primary amines, forming stable amide bonds with proteins, peptides, and other amine-containing biomolecules. This non-sulfonated derivative exhibit excitation/emission at 581/596 nm, providing deeper tissue penetration and lower background fluorescence than visible-range dyes while retaining the exceptional photostability of the Cyanine family.
