DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 Amine, a primary amine-functionalized near-infrared dye (ex/em 581/596 nm). Non-sulfonated reagent with excellent organic solubility and limited aqueous solubility. This non-activated derivative serves as a stable fluorescent tracer for control experiments, surface modification, and calibration standards.
For covalent conjugation to carboxyl groups, consider Cyanine3.5 NHS ester or water-soluble sulfo-Cyanine3.5 NHS ester. Store desiccated at -20°C.
