DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green NHS Ester (ICG NHS Ester) is a reactive derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm), designed for covalent conjugation to primary amines. This water-soluble reagent forms stable amide bonds under physiological conditions (pH 7.2-8.5), enabling the development of targeted imaging probes while maintaining ICG's excellent near-infrared fluorescence and safety profile.
For alternative conjugation chemistries, consider ICG Maleimide. Store desiccated at -20°C protected from light and moisture.
