DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green Hydrazide (ICG Hydrazide) is a carbonyl-reactive derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm). This water-soluble reagent enables selective conjugation to aldehyde and ketone groups via hydrazone bond formation under mild conditions (pH 5-7), while maintaining ICG's diagnostic imaging performance and clinical safety profile.
For alternative conjugation chemistries, consider ICG NHS Ester. Store desiccated at -20°C protected from light and moisture.
