DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green Maleimide (ICG Maleimide) is a thiol-reactive derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm). This water-soluble reagent enables site-specific conjugation to cysteine residues and other sulfhydryl groups under physiological conditions (pH 6.5-7.5), while preserving ICG's exceptional near-infrared fluorescence and clinical safety profile for targeted imaging applications.
For amine conjugation, consider ICG NHS Ester. Store under argon at -20°C protected from light.
