DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green Carboxylic Acid (ICG Carboxylic Acid) is a non-activated near-infrared fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm) derived from the clinically approved ICG structure. This carboxyl-functionalized derivative exhibits excellent water solubility and maintains the characteristic spectral properties of ICG, making it suitable for developing targeted imaging probes through carbodiimide coupling to amine-containing molecules.
For ready-to-use conjugations, consider ICG NHS Ester. Store desiccated at -20°C protected from light.
