Biological Activity: MitoTracker Orange CM-H2TMRos is a cationic dye that selectively accumulates in mitochondria, likely driven by the mitochondrial membrane potential gradient. This hydrophobic compound readily penetrates intact live cells and becomes trapped within mitochondria. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 554/576.
