DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: ER-Tracker Green (BODIPY FL Glibenclamide) exhibits high selectivity for the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is non-toxic at low concentrations and belongs to the class of environment-sensitive probes. Partial fluorescence is retained after formaldehyde fixation. The dye features high fluorescence lifetime and excellent extinction coefficient. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 504/511.
