DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: MitoTracker Deep Red FM is a red fluorescent dye that selectively accumulates in the mitochondrial matrix. It covalently binds to mitochondrial proteins via reaction with free thiol groups on cysteine residues, enabling membrane potential-independent mitochondrial labeling. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 644/665.
