Cyanine7 Tetrazine is a bioorthogonal near-infrared reagent (ex/em 750/773 nm) for inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or bicyclononyne (BCN). This non-sulfonated probe enables rapid (<5 min), copper-free conjugation for deep-tissue imaging and in vivo tracking applications, while maintaining excellent photostability.
For aqueous applications, use sulfo-Cyanine7 Tetrazine. Store under argon at -80°C to preserve reactivity.
