DESCRIPTION
Cyanine7 Trans-Cyclooctene is a bioorthogonal near-infrared reagent (ex/em 750/773 nm) featuring a strained trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group for rapid inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with tetrazine derivatives. This non-sulfonated probe enables ultrafast (<5 min), copper-free conjugation for time-sensitive deep-tissue imaging and in vivo tracking applications.
For aqueous systems, use sulfo-Cyanine7 Tetrazine. Store under argon at -80°C to preserve TCO reactivity.
