DESCRIPTION

Cyanine7 Alkyne is a click chemistry reagent (ex/em 750/773 nm) for copper-catalyzed (CuAAC) or strain-promoted (SPAAC) cycloadditions with azides. This non-sulfonated near-infrared dye enables efficient bioorthogonal conjugation to azide-functionalized biomolecules while maintaining deep-tissue imaging capabilities. Exhibits excellent solubility in organic solvents (e.g., DMSO) and limited aqueous compatibility.
For aqueous applications, use sulfo-Cyanine7 Azide. Store desiccated at -20°C under inert atmosphere.
